Miss Jennies Performing Arts Studio now offering MUSIC LESSONS (Visit this link)
Miss Jennie’s Performing Arts Studio in Innisfil is now offering MUSIC LESSONS. Kate is excited to be offering Music Classes and Lessons at Miss Jennie’s Performing Arts Studio having just completed a degree in music education at Queens University. Classes will focus on beginner musicianship with opportunities for private lessons, ensemble participation and large-group performances. Lessons and classes are scheduled for Thursdays beginning on November 6th. The first lesson will be at 4pm and the last time slot available is 9pm. Call NOW to book your lesson-time. Private lessons will consist of a half an hour lesson with one-on-one instruction on the students’ instrument of choice (including voice lessons) as well as theory lessons helping them to read, write and understand music. At year-end, each student will have the opportunity to perform for family and friends in a recital. Ensembles will offer students the opportunity to play at different events in conjunction with the studio and the community. Students will play various types of concert music and participate in performances throughout the year. Ensembles will be offered based on interest. Monthly fees are as follows. Each music student will receive a “Miss Jennie’s” t-shirt to wear for performances and events, beginners sheet music, cds and theory booklets and assignments as required! Private Lessons: $60.00/month Ensemble Participation (depending on enrolment): $35.00/month Music students will also have the opportunities to participate in studio activities which already include A Christmas Concert, Participation in the Innisfil Santa Claus Parade, “Carolling for Cans” Charity Initiative and MUCH MORE!!!
