The Process: 1) Turn off furnace 2) Locate access for truck powered hoses to furnace area3) Locate and cut access holes into main hot air duct4) Locate and cut access holes into main cold air duct5) Drill 1" access holes into both hot & cold main duct work (they will later be sealed with air tight caps)6) Mark damper locations and open, if necessary7) Inspect duct system 8) Attach truck powered machine, (large hose) systematically to hot & cold main duct9) All supply & return registers are sealed to create a vacuum10) Blow down all hot air ducts with high pressure air 275psi11) Blow down all cold air ducts with high pressure air 275psi 12) We use our 275psi high pressure and snake system on both hot and cold main ducts13) Also a complete J-channel compartment cleaning 14) Access holes will be sealed with tape gasket and cover plates which will be screwed in air tight 15) Spinning air brush snake system, access hole will be plugged air tight with specially designed caps16) Close any open windows 17) Check to see that the dampers have not moved18) Turn on furnace 19) Cycle to ensure pilot light and furnace fan operation20) Furnace inspection 21) Advise customer next service includes10% - 20% discount AHCS Duct Cleaning has been providing duct cleaning services in the Ontario Commercial, Residential, Industrial area.
